These terms apply to the website yas-ai.cn and to YAS Content Publisher, both operated by Shanghai YAS Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (“YAS-AI”, “we”).

1. The website

  • The website describes our company, products and services. You may browse it and share links to it freely.
  • Text, images, logos and the channel names 原来有因, There's a Reason and Por Algo Será belong to YAS-AI. Please do not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
  • The website links to third-party platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
  • We keep the information on the website accurate, but it is provided as is, for general information. It is not an offer or a contract; projects are agreed separately in writing.

2. YAS Content Publisher

  • YAS Content Publisher is an internal tool. It is used only by YAS-AI staff to publish videos to, and review the performance of, TikTok accounts owned by YAS-AI. It is not offered, sold or licensed to anyone else.
  • The tool is used in line with the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok's Community Guidelines and the terms of the TikTok API for Business.
  • We publish only content we own or have the right to use, and we are responsible for every video, caption and setting the tool publishes, including any required content labels.
  • How the tool handles data is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, YAS-AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

4. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes go to the competent court where YAS-AI is registered (Shanghai).

  • 该工具的使用遵守 TikTok 服务条款、TikTok 社区自律公约和 TikTok API for Business 的相关条款。
  • 我们只发布自己拥有或有权使用的内容，并对工具发布的每条视频、文案和设置（包括按规定需要的内容标注）负责。
  • 该工具如何处理数据，见本网站的隐私政策。

三、责任

在法律允许的范围内，涯思人工智能不对因使用本网站造成的间接损失承担责任。

四、适用法律

本条款适用中华人民共和国法律。争议由涯思人工智能注册地（上海）有管辖权的人民法院处理。
