This policy explains how Shanghai YAS Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. (“YAS-AI”, “we”) handles information on our website yas-ai.cn and in YAS Content Publisher, the internal tool we use to publish videos to our own social media accounts and to review how those videos perform.

1. Who we are

2. Our website

  • The website has no accounts, sign-up, forms, advertising or analytics. It sets no cookies.
  • Your language choice (English or Chinese) is saved in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it. It stays on your device.
  • Our web server, hosted in the Amazon Web Services Beijing region, keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, page requested, referring page and browser type. We use them only to keep the site secure and working. Logs are rotated daily and deleted after about 10 days.
  • Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser sends its IP address to Google to download them. See the Google Privacy Policy.
  • If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.

3. YAS Content Publisher

YAS Content Publisher is a command-line tool used only by YAS-AI staff. It connects to TikTok accounts owned by YAS-AI (currently @theresareasontv and @poralgoseratv) through the TikTok API for Business, after the account holder authorizes it. It is not offered to the public, and no outside user can sign in to it.

What it accesses, for our own accounts only:

  • basic account information: account ID, display name, profile picture and follower count;
  • our own posts and their performance: views, likes, comments and shares counts, watch time, completion rate, retention by second, traffic sources, and aggregated audience statistics such as viewer countries;
  • permission to publish videos, or save them as drafts, to our accounts, with their captions, cover images and settings.

It does not collect or store information about individual viewers, and it does not access any account that YAS-AI does not own.

How it is used. We use this information only to publish our own videos and to see how they perform, so we can make better videos.

How it is stored. Access and refresh tokens are stored only on the company computer that runs the tool, in a file readable only by its operator. They are never printed, logged or shared, and are sent only to TikTok when calling the API. Performance figures are kept in our internal production notes. To publish a video, the tool places the video file temporarily at an address on our own domain for TikTok to download, and removes it after publishing.

Who else processes it. We do not sell this information or share it for advertising. It is processed only by providers that run the tool for us: TikTok, which provides the API; Amazon Web Services, which hosts our files; and Anthropic, whose coding assistant Claude Code our staff use to run the tool. When the assistant runs it, the tool's output (for example account names, post IDs, captions and performance figures, never tokens) is processed by Anthropic as part of our staff member's session.

Revoking access. The account holder can revoke the tool's access at any time in the TikTok account's security settings, under the apps and services that have access. On revocation, or on request, we delete the stored tokens within 30 days.

4. Your rights

Under China's Personal Information Protection Law and other applicable laws, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent. Write to contact@yas-ai.cn and we will reply within 15 working days.

5. Children

Our website and tool are not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

6. Changes

When this policy changes we will update it on this page and change the date above.

本政策说明上海涯思人工智能科技有限公司（“涯思人工智能”“我们”）如何处理本网站 yas-ai.cn 上的信息，以及 YAS Content Publisher 中的信息。YAS Content Publisher 是我们内部使用的工具，用来向本公司自己的社交媒体账号发布视频、查看视频的表现。

二、本网站

  • 本网站没有账号注册、表单、广告和访问统计，不设置 Cookie。
  • 你选的语言（中文或英文）会保存在浏览器的本地存储里，方便下次打开时记住，这项信息只留在你的设备上。
  • 网站服务器位于亚马逊云科技北京区域，会记录常规的访问日志：IP 地址、访问时间、访问的页面、来源页面和浏览器类型，只用于保障网站安全和正常运行。日志每天轮换，大约 10 天后删除。
  • 页面会从 Google Fonts 加载字体，你的浏览器因此会把 IP 地址发给 Google，详见 Google 隐私权政策。
  • 如果你给我们发邮件，我们只用你的邮箱地址和来信内容来回复你。

三、YAS Content Publisher

YAS Content Publisher 是一个命令行工具，只有本公司员工使用。账号持有人授权后，它通过 TikTok API for Business 连接本公司拥有的 TikTok 账号（目前是 @theresareasontv 和 @poralgoseratv）。它不对外提供，外部用户无法登录使用。

访问哪些信息（仅限本公司自己的账号）：

  • 账号基本信息：账号 ID、显示名称、头像和粉丝数；
  • 我们自己发布的作品及其表现：播放、点赞、评论、分享数，观看时长，完播率，逐秒留存，流量来源，以及观众所在国家等汇总统计；
  • 向我们的账号发布视频或保存草稿的权限，包括视频的文案、封面和设置。

它不收集、不存储任何单个观众的信息，也不访问本公司以外的任何账号。

用途。这些信息只用来发布我们自己的视频、了解视频的表现，以便把视频做得更好。

存储。访问令牌和刷新令牌只保存在运行该工具的公司电脑上，文件只有操作人员本人可读；令牌不会被打印、记录或分享，只在调用接口时发送给 TikTok。表现数据记在我们内部的制作笔记里。发布视频时，工具会把视频文件临时放在本公司域名下的一个地址，供 TikTok 下载，发布后删除。

还有谁会处理。我们不出售这些信息，也不把它们用于广告。处理这些信息的只有为我们运行该工具的服务方：提供接口的 TikTok；托管文件的亚马逊云科技；以及 Anthropic，我们的员工用它的编程助手 Claude Code 来运行该工具。助手运行工具时，工具的输出（例如账号名称、作品 ID、文案和表现数据，但绝不包括令牌）会在该员工的会话中由 Anthropic 处理。

撤销授权。账号持有人可以随时在 TikTok 账号的安全设置里，从“有访问权限的应用和服务”中撤销该工具的权限。撤销后或收到要求后，我们会在 30 天内删除保存的令牌。

四、你的权利

根据《中华人民共和国个人信息保护法》等法律，你可以要求查阅、更正、删除我们持有的你的个人信息，或撤回同意。请发邮件到 contact@yas-ai.cn，我们会在 15 个工作日内答复。

五、儿童

本网站和该工具不面向不满 14 周岁的儿童，我们不会有意收集他们的个人信息。

六、变更

本政策有变更时，我们会在本页更新，并修改上方的日期。
